Refund Policy

Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unassembled and kept in original condition
- All original packaging, accessories and labels must be complete and intact
- No damage caused by improper use or man-made destruction

## International Return Shipping
- For non-defective returns: The buyer shall bear all return shipping fees and related customs charges.
- For defective, incorrect or damaged items due to our fault: We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a return label.

## Return Process
1. Send an email to your support email with your order number and return reason.
2. Wait for our confirmation within 24 hours.
3. Ship back the item following our instructions.
4. We will inspect the goods and arrange refund or exchange within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned package.

## Refund Rules
All refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing speed.

## Exchange Service
Free exchange is available for defective products. For voluntary exchange due to personal preference, the buyer needs to cover the extra shipping cost.

## Non-Returnable Situations
- Items damaged by misuse, disassembly or artificial damage
- Products without original packaging or missing accessories
- Returns submitted beyond the 30-day return period
